My Wellness Menus will keep your retreat guests well fed and nourished. Fresh, vibrant and healthy food, using delicious local ingredients. Large salads full of flavour, canapés made with colourful vegetables, and wholesome bowl food. Playing with herbs and spices to create a healthy and tasty alternative.

I can create a menu to suit your needs, whether it be plant based/vegan, gluten free, detox, juice or Keto. All dietary requirements can be catered for.
